Noir (SI): The Calling
The tribal fusion dance group Noir moves with a touch of ancient mysticism and feminine power. They perform in a modern belly dance form and like to add props and a pinch of theatrics to their performances. Their fluid yet powerful movements weave stories of the Earth and Divine Energy. Every step is deliberate. The echo of distant drums guides their bodies, which twist and turn in a graceful, lyrical dance. In their movements is a haunting beauty, a sense of timelessness, as if they are the guardians of long-lost secrets. The group is based in Maribor, Slovenia, and has been performing in their home country, Hungary, Italy, Czech Republik.

Ustvarjajo v sodobni obliki trebušnega plesa, pri čemer njihove nastope pogosto bogatijo rekviziti in ščepec domišljije. Njihovi tekoči in hkrati siloviti gibi pripovedujejo zgodbe Zemlje in božanske energije.
