I invite you to something that I’ve named “active stillness.” It describes a form of mindful movement that aims to create a feeling of inner stillness and peace through the active movement of the body. Together, we will try to connect our mind, body, and spirit with the help of calm live music in the background. We will begin with a breathwork practice, continue with an asana flow (hatha-vinyasa), and close with a guided meditation. I invite all people who seek to explore their mindstate and movement, no matter your level of experience. The aim is to connect, relax, and surrender to the sounds.
