The festival team is a collective of artists and enthusiasts, who co-create the concept, develop connections and coordinate various sectors of the complex project that is Floating Castle Festival. In collaboration with several local representatives they build and establish the festival grounds in a natural environment and enable the realization of numerous possible and impossible ideas. And so, the team is continuously constructing a platform which not only enables, but also nourishes the link between culture and society. They create a space for projects that are not limited to auditoriums and institutions, but rather invite you to take up a proactive role in turbulent times of turmoil.
